If you are a consumer, the laws of the country where you reside will govern any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us arising out of or relating to these Terms (“claim”). You may resolve your claim in any competent court located within that country that has jurisdiction over the matter.
In all other cases, you agree that any claim must be resolved exclusively in Ghana. You further consent to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghana, and agree that the laws of Ghana will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law principles.
6.1 Unsolicited Material
We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions to improve our services. However, any unsolicited ideas or materials that you send us may be used by Aura-In without restriction or obligation to compensate you, and we are under no obligation to keep such communications confidential.

Your access to and use of Aura-In, or any content displayed within it, is at your own risk. The services provided through Aura-In are offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Aura-In disclaims all express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Although we require all users of Aura-In to comply with these Terms to promote a safe environment, we do not control or monitor the actions of users and are not responsible for the content or information that users transmit, share, or post.
Aura-In is not liable for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content you may encounter while using the platform. Additionally, we are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of Aura-In.

8.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura-In regarding the use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements.
8.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of our rights.
8.4 Any amendments or waivers to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by us or otherwise formally communicated (e.g., by posting updates through the app or website).
8.5 You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other party without our prior written consent.
8.6 We may freely assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, by operation of law, or otherwise.
8.7 Nothing in these Terms shall prevent us from complying with applicable laws and regulations.
8.8 These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights unless otherwise stated.
8.9 We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
8.10 You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using or accessing the Aura-In services.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be, or if we reasonably believe you to be, in violation of these Terms, any associated policies, or if your actions are deemed to create a potential risk or legal exposure for us.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or at your next attempt to access your account.
In such cases, these Terms will terminate; however, the following provisions will survive termination: Sections 2.4, 2.5, and 3 through 5.

We may update our Services and policies from time to time to better reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, or business practices. When changes are made to these Terms, and unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you—such as through the Service—before the updated Terms take effect.
You will be given the opportunity to review the updated Terms. If you continue using the Service after the changes become effective, it means you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service at any time.
